Alpine’s relationship with DHL really takes off…| Alpine Fire Engineers - Automatic Sprinklers Systems, Hydrants, Hosereels, Fire Extinguishers&Supplies of General Fire Equipment

Alpine are pleased to announce that they have secured the contract to provide DHL and Northern Foods with a sprinkler system at the new Colnbrook Cold Store near Heathrow.

Once completed, the facility will provide the in flight meals for all British Airways flights leaving the T5 terminal at Heathrow.

The building comprises of a new chill store production facility together with associated storage and office accommodation.

The contract was awarded to Alpine due to our long standing relationship with DHL and will commence on site in July 2009. The building will be fully operational by the end of October 2009.

A DHL spokesman said, “We are glad that Alpine have won the sprinkler contract at Colnbrook and it is nice to know that the project is in safe hands.”
